Dr Shrey did hisM.B.B.S from SDM college of medical sciences and hospital, Dharwad, Karnataka and then went on to pursue masters in Ophthalmology from Sri Devaraj URS medical college, Kolar, Karnataka, India. After finishing M.S. started practicing at his hometown, Shamli, a small district in Western Uttar Pradesh, India, where he ran a part charity clinic catering to cataract surgery needs of the poor. At present, Dr Shrey is pursuing fellowship in medical retina and uvea from Drishti eye institute, Derhadun, India. Dr Shrey has research interests in the areas of Ocular imaging, especially choroidal vascularity index, Diabetic retinopathy and uveitis.
